•  Participated in a “Candidate Briefing” at the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce

•  Attended the Wake NCEA- Retired State Employee meeting

•  Toured the Wake Medical Heart and Cardiologist facilities

•  Met with constituents about issues relating to bills that were pasted during the short session

•  Participated in the opening ceremony of the AFL-CIO Convention in Raleigh, NC

•  Attended Wake County Democratic Men meeting

•  Participated in the Wake County Democratic Executive Committee Meeting

•  Attending the Community In School “Education Breakfast “ meeting

•  Attending the opening of NCSU New Engineering Building Ribbon Cutting

•  Participated in the NCSBA District meeting in Henderson, NC

•  Participated in a Candidate forum with the Wake County Sierra club

•  Attended the Planned Parenthood Reception

•  Attended the Opening Ceremony for the Re-Opening of Hillsbourgh Street

•  Participated in the Emily's List Event in Durham

•  Participated in the canvassing in District # 33

•  Saint Augustine Convocation

•  Attending the RWCA and African American Caucus Forum – Recommendation for appointment to the Raleigh City Council

•  Attended the Swearing in of Dr. James West to the Wake County Board of Commissioners.
